Booking The Masque Theatre

The Masque hires out two spaces:

​

The Auditorium - 173 raised seating and traditional Proscenium Arch Stage, with 2 wheelchair allocations

(Backstage: two dressing rooms, and a Green Room area - scroll down for floor plan)

A standard day rate for the Masque Auditorium is R4000 - however, we do offer reduced rates for amateur dramatic societies, registered non profit organisations and our loyalty customers.

​

Foyer space - Small half moon stage and Baby Grand Piano are available in the Masque Theatre Bar area.

Perfect for a stand up mic session, one/two-handers and jazz evenings.

​

Hiring the Foyer is R200 an hour, with a minimum booking requirement of 5 hours. Please note that the foyer productions are scheduled around the events unfolding in the Main Auditorium - so each is planned individually with our bookings team.

​

Tech (sound and lighting) is at separate cost and a small discount is available for amateur dramatic societies only.
